How long does a custom base take?+
Every base is delivered within 2 weeks of payment, guaranteed. Need it sooner? Add Urgent delivery (+$20) and it is delivered within 4 days.
What do I receive?+
Every base comes with a Fortify file, base showcase and a Builder’s Sanctuary code. If you add the build tutorial (+$20), you also get a step-by-step video of the build.
Can I ask for changes?+
Yes. Revisions are included (within reason) before the tutorial is recorded. Send them in your account messages.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. All sales are final, which is why revisions are included before delivery.
